THE STUDIO (a little 2rooms apt actually) IS LOCATED IN THE VERY CHIC 7 TH DISTRICT (the most expensive of the city...) in a very beautiful building at the 6th floor WITH ELEVATOR!
The building is located 10 meters from the mansion of Yves-Saint-Laurent, and 20 meters to that of Bernard Arnault (owner of Christian Dior, Guerlain, Louis Vuitton, Champagne Moët & Chandon, Ruinart...). Romy Schneider died in this little street.

IT'S COMPLETELY NEW! Everything has been made by an interior designer. There is a real oak flooring, real stone walls (travertine), oak ceiling beams...

The studio is very small (13m2), but every part of it gives the impression to live in a large one!
- Great open kitchen, if you like to cook.
- great shower (really large, real stone wall...).
- large table to work or to take your meals.
- sleeping room above, for one or two people
- sofa/bed where you can also sleep (2 people), or welcome friends and family.
- a wardrobe and different places for clothes, books...


Of course, the studio is completely equipped and furnished: WIFI, cable TV, radio, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, iron...

The access to the attic/sleeping room is very easy with a wooden ladder (steps, no rungs!)

The private toilet (only for you!) is on the landing at 5 meters.

The studio is just a few minutes on foot to the Champ-de-Mars, the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the Grand Palais, the Champs-Elysées, the Bon Marché, Saint-Germain, the Seine... and most of the monuments and museums in Paris (Rodin, Orsay, Invalides...). There are local restaurants and shops cater to all tastes and budgets, and also a supermarket.
A must: le "jardin Catherine Labouré", 300 meters from the building. Only known by happy fews, it's an amazing place where you can walk, read, talk, make a "pique-nique"...

IMPORTANT: there is a laundromat in the quartier.

Public transportation is perfect (metro, bus...) and there is also the Velib.

There are a lot of government buildings and ambassies in the area, so it's very secure!
